on Thursday, 8/7/08, i lost my beautiful best friend Monday Girl a.k.a. Moon Dog. she was 101.5 years old and her body was breaking down, breaking my heart. now she is in doggie heaven. i took these photos the day before her departure of the physical world. i wanted to share her beauty with you. i miss her.

i'm sorry, dawn! she sure was a cool dog, and led a cool life. i esp. feel for you as i have one critter who is 11 and one who is 12. they are my main companinons now, and seem to be happy and a little lumpy. steve.
You know i loved that dog; it's amazing how many dogs that i've loved have moved on to doggy heaven lately.
These shots are amazing! Wonderful how you got Moon to stay still for the reflection to turn out so clear. I miss her, and I miss you. I wish you farewell; you great 6 foot 12 year old. can't wait till we meet again somewhere down the road . . .
