Ok so i'm a little slow on the Blog thang. But at least I'm telling a story about this year. In May, Dead Point Magazine emailed me and wanted a few photos on local climber Jill Church. I didn't really know who or what kind of magazine but I'm delighted for a little adventure into another climbers world. Plus it was an all girl issue and edited by Jackie Hueftle. I'm in.
Jill is pregnant. A pregnant badass. She is still climbing after 5 months and doesn't even look pregnant. We decide to shoot nothing harder than V4 and no high balls. Before her bun in the oven, she was crushing v10. A nurse, living a few blocks from the Flagstaff Hospital is now popular by demand. Not only Dead Point but Urban Climber wants to profile her and make her the Scarpa climber of the year.
